Menu Prices and Attendance
Guarantees
A confirmation of guaranteed attendance is required five business
days prior to arrival. Once guaranteed, no decrease will be
permitted. Group will be responsible for full quoted price even if
guarantee is not met. Jackie Rey's Ohana Grill will prepare for five
percent over guarantee upon request at time of guarantee. All prices
in this guide are subject to change depending on the type of off
premise function. These prices serve as a guideline.
Deposits
A 50% Deposit on all Food and Beverage is required 30 days prior to
the event. Full Payment is due upon arrival. Should additional
charges need to be incurred during your stay, a credit card, cash,
or check must be presented for payment prior to incurring the
charges.
Payments
Payments for all Food and Beverage Purchases must be paid to Jackie
Rey's Ohana Grill.
Cancellation and Refunds
If written notice of cancellation is received up to 10 days prior to
the event there will be a 50% Food and Beverage refund. If written
cancellation is not received 10 days or more prior to the event, the
entire Food and Beverage Deposit will be forfeited with no refund.
Tables and Chairs
Equipment such as tables and chairs are not included in any of the
quoted prices. Additional charges for the rental and transport of
equipment will be determined on a per event basis.
Service Charge
A eighteen percent service charge plus four percent sales tax will
be added to all Food and Beverage purchases. This pays for all
transport costs, fuel, event planning, organizing and staffing.
State of Hawaii Food and
Beverage Regulations
State regulations prohibit the service of food that is not prepared
by Jackie Rey's Ohana Grill.
Duration of Service
Menu Pricing is based on five hours of actual service time. Longer
periods of service are more costly, and in some cases not feasible.
Should your event go over 5 hours of service, an additional charge
of $35.00 per staff member/per hour will result.
Price Changes
Menu pricing is based on the cost of food at time of publication.
Due to constant fluctuation of wholesale food prices, we are unable
to guarantee prices more than sixty days prior to the function. At
that time, the quoted price will be guaranteed.
Children's Pricing
Special pricing is available for children six through ten. There is
no charge for children five and under. Arrangements for children of
all ages must be made at the time of attendance guarantee.
Special Dietary Requests
Chef requires at least 5 days notice for special requests.
